According to Ultrabookreview, Laptopmedia, Expertreviews, Trustedreviews, and Laptopmag the Lenovo Legion 5 of 2021 has many ports, which means you can connect your favorite peripherals without needing to buy any dongle (that’s a relief). The pricing starts at the perfect amount of RAM and SSD storage for gaming or creative work.

This laptop’s CPU and GPU are powerful enough to play games smoothly at high settings and let you edit videos or do other creative work with ease. In addition to the high-quality keyboard and touchpad on this machine, it also offers excellent speakers for gamers who want to hear their games everywhere they go. The Lenovo Legion 5 has an excellent battery life compared to other laptops in its class, but you’ll still need to take your power cord with you to use this laptop for hours on end. The webcam is below average, but it has an SD card reader unlike other laptops in its class so you can quickly transfer your photos and video’s from your camera to this laptop. This laptop doesn’t have the best display around, but this Legion 5 model offers a 120Hz display with 250 nits of brightness. This laptop is also lighter and thinner than most laptops in its class. All in all, this laptop is amazing for its price point

Is Lenovo Legion 5 (2021) worth it?

If you’re a gamer or creator, this laptop can do it all. It’s not the best of the best, then you should expect to spend more and buy the Lenovo Legion 5 pro for example. But at its price point, this laptop is powerful and fast enough to do all the tasks you throw at it while keeping a cool head. The base model has plenty of RAM and storage for most games and creator applications like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or others. So if you fall into those categories, you really can’t go wrong with this laptop!

Which Lenovo Legion 5 (2021) should you buy?

So you want to know which Legion 5 version you want to buy? Well, it’s a good laptop so go for it ;)! If you are looking to do minimal gaming on the go with good enough specs, go with the Ryzen 5 5600H and the Nvidia 3050, if you have a little more money go with the Ryzen 5 5600H and the 6600M. The 6600M version is just as powerful as the 3060 version but is cheaper. That has to do with less memory and storage, so keep that in mind when shopping for one. If money is no option get the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, the laptop can run any game on Ultra settings in HD with confidence.

For a $1k laptop, this Lenovo Legion 5 is excellent. We were looking for a laptop with a powerful CPU, a decent GPU for the occasional content creating, and a good and accurate screen. This one here checks all those boxes and has some great other features too. I’ll get in-depth in the detailed review down below.

The Lenovo Legion 5 offers well-balanced and impressive speed alongside good thermal performance, an impressive keyboard and a subtle design that’s packed with ports – and it’s often cheaper than rivals. But remember that this machine is heavier and thicker than the competition and that it’s got an underwhelming display, too.

The Legion 5 Pro is one of the most anticipated gaming laptops of 2021. It is available with an RTX 3060 or 3070 and an AMD Ryzen 5800H. Also, it has a 16:10 16″ 2560 x 1600 500 Nit panel that supports Gsync in dedicated GPU mode or Freesync in Hybrid Mode. YES, the Legion 5 Pro has a MUX switch! This is a first look video showcasing what is in the box, it’s build quality and internals, thermals and some benchmarks.

Lenovo announced that the Legion 5 Pro will be updated in 2021 with Ryzen 5000 silicon, RTX 30-series graphics and a 16:10 display. A Google-cached product specs reference let slip by the company ahead of its March release seems to confirm this, as well as how much RAM and storage space the machine can support.
