TL;DR review: If we can believe Peter McKinnon, Matti Haapoja, Potato Jet, Linus Tech Tips, Notenbookcheck, LaptopMag, and the Tech Chap, this laptop is worth every single penny you put into it. When watching and reading their reviews, you can clearly understand why. The all-new Apple M1 Pro and M1 Max SoC’s are amazing and integrated very well with the laptops’ hardware. Add a liquid retina XDR display with all the ports you could eat (welcome back HDMI, and SD card slot), and you’ve one hell of a computer.

So here we have the Razer book 13, Razers ‘in between’ laptop. What I mean is that this laptop is created to sit between the gaming (Razer Blade) and the creator-powered laptop (Razer Studio). You get the amazing Razer package, (no RGB unfortunately) with well-considered specs. This laptop is great for some light gaming and video/photo editing and some graphic work. If you are a heavy user of both, there are better options. I think the average user will benefit from this laptop, but there are so much cheaper and better alternatives. Think of the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14, or the MSI P65 Creator. An equally alternative is the Dell XPS 13 of late 2020. Reviewers from around the web give this laptop a great 8.8 score, which really says a lot.

The Apple Macbook Pro M1 of late 2020 is aimed at content creators or Apple users. Expect some games to run and others not at all. One new thing is that you can play iPhone and iPad games, but it’s not the best experience yet. For the average user, this is a great laptop if…

According to tech experts, specs for this price is an excellent deal! Some call this a serious competitor for the Macbook Pro 16-inch and Dell XPS 15 9500, and that says a lot about this laptop. It has a gorgeous display, sleek design and can be expanded (what gets rare these days). Unfortunately, it does run hot under load, has some bloatware, and is a little heavier than other 15″ laptops. All in all, with an 8.5 from the reviewers, I think this is a good laptop for creators.

Impressively small for a 17-inch laptop, with the latest and greatest hardware and 9 hours of battery, but it’s heavy, lacks legacy ports and it loves to show fingerprints.

It’s not about what’s on the outside but what’s on the inside, and that sure is true with the Microsoft Surface Book 3. The battery is way better (doesn’t empty it’s self while gaming and plugged in) and it gets the latest hardware. It’s still what you expect from a Surface Book.

The all-new Dell XPS 15 9500 of 2020 is released. It really has an insane size, compared to other 15 inch laptops. A few weeks further and not many written reviews have arrived. I just can’t wait to see the reviews from the Tech Experts.

The new 13-inch Macbook Pro has finally arrived. Reviews are being created. From the first few reviews and speculations read, the keyboard is really great, just like the other updated MacBooks and it has some performance improvements.
